The Board of Trustees of the organization, Grace Community Educational Center (GCEC) reiterates that GCEC is fully committed to providing educational, health-care, and medical quality-of-life services to desperate and needy citizens, particularly those residing in Palestine and Gaza.

GCEC is an American- licensed and certified non-profit, charitable organization that reaches out with educational services to the needy without any segregation, especially to those who aspire to achieve their educational goals. GCEC is licensed to implement educational activities, such as building school facilities with variable capacities that will host students from grade 1 through grade 12; awarding scholarships to outstanding students so they can pursue their education at prominent colleges and universities in the United States; and provide educational training to help teachers graduate self-confident students. Furthermore, GCEC has the responsibility of coordinating the establishment of hospitals and medical clinics, and managing and running them to provide medical care services to the needy in communities in Palestine and Gaza.

Finally, the GCEC administration emphasizes that an unprecedented “Investment Project Production Program” has been created with plans to sponsor, franchise, entrepreneur, establish, manage, and operate factories, hospitals, medical facilities, all kinds of schools and training centers. The main purpose of creating such an “investment project production program” is:

1. to create jobs for the professional and skilled, particularly the unemployed and educated young people in Palestine and Gaza.
2. to use our percentage share of the net profits generated from the Investment project Production program to consistently support financially needy students, orphans, widows, and poverty-stricken families in Palestine and Gaza.

In conclusion, the GCEC Board of Trustees in the United States, in collaboration with the local GCEC Branch of directors in Palestine, sincerely looks forward to Cooperating with the Palestinian government, investors, foreign missions and prominent NGOs in Palestine and Gaza so we can provide the best quality-of-life of American humanitarian aid services to desperate and needy citizens among the people of Palestine and Gaza.
