Institutional Founding Memorandum

Institution Name: Grace Community Educational Center (GCEC), a Non-Profit Educational, Health Care, and Medical Organization,

Institution Headquarters: The city of Amman; Offices and Branches may open in different regions throughout of Jordan.

Organization Objectives: The objectives of the Organization are to:
1. Satisfy a basic need in the sectors of schooling and modern education.
Establish academic schooling and technical training facilities.
Provide student transportation and regular bussing.
Reach out the citizens of targeted areas across Jordan with contemporary educational services.
Provide technical laboratories for vocational training schools and demonstration labs for academic schools.
Orient academic students to the coeducational schooling system.

2. Grant scholarships and sponsoring students to study abroad.
Facilitate outstanding students to pursue their course of education in either the United States or Europe.
Introduce student financial aid program.
Provide student loans.
Orient technical students to the apprentice program.

3. Provide adult education and eliminating the darkness of illiteracy.
Teach foreign languages as a second language.
Teach GED and TOFEL courses privately.
Teach the skills needed to operate computers.
Provide art education Programs.

4. Reach out to physically disabled students with special education Opportunities.
Provide wheel chairs.
Teach blear language.
Provide home tutoring
Special courses for parents how to deal with disabilities
Physiotherapy sessions.

5. Introduce the program of revenue-regenerating projects.
Franchise, manage, and run factories.
Use the revenue of the net profit of the franchised factories to support needy students and desperate citizens residing in given areas.

Duration of the organization in the regions of Jordan
Unlimited

Start Date of the Organization:As soon as the institution is registered officially by the legitimate and competent authorities, it will begin operation activities.

Directors of the Organization: The welfare of the organization shall be managed by its local Board of administrators, which consists of seven local administrative personnel. It is composed of highly qualified, highly experienced, and highly trusted personnel.

Founders: Joseph Yousef and Inaam Azar founded and they are hundred percent the sole owner of the organization; it was licensed and registered by the state of Michigan.
